We ship all orders within 1 to 7 business days, most ship within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been processed.
We partner with a select group of trusted suppliers who ship products directly to our customers. Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple shipments if it includes items from more than one supplier. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.
Shipping fees are calculated per brand/supplier. If your cart contains products from multiple suppliers, shipping will be charged separately for each. You can reduce total shipping cost by ordering from fewer brands in a single order.
Shipping Information Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot change or update the shipping address.
- If the order has not shipped yet, we can cancel the order upon request so you can resubmit it with the correct information.
- If the order has already shipped, the customer must contact the carrier directly to request package rerouting or pickup.
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class/Ground or UPS with tracking provided.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
