Aura Framing works with trusted supplier partners to ship your order. If something isn’t right when it arrives, our team will help you resolve it.

We keep our return process clear and fair. Please review the policy below.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If you need to update your order or shipping details, contact us immediately. We may assist if your order has not yet entered processing or shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If the wrong address is entered:

- If the order has not shipped, we can cancel the order so you can resubmit it correctly.

- If the order has shipped, the carrier must be contacted directly for rerouting.

- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns

To qualify:

- Contact us within 10 days of delivery

- Item must be in 100% resalable condition (unused, unworn, undamaged)

- Original packaging must be included

Unauthorized returns or returns sent outside this policy will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit issued for approved returns.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method. Approved returns are issued as store credit only in the form of a digital gift card.

Final Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Aura Framing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not bypass this policy.
Delivery confirmation by the carrier will serve as proof of receipt. Fraudulent claims will be reported and pursued.

How to Start a Return

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery through our Contact Page and include:

- Order number

- Photos of the product and packaging

- Description of the issue
